As per ABC rent-a-car's regulations:

Driver
Minimum driver's age is 21.
Driver needs to have driver licence for least two years.

Rental period
Minimum rental period is 1 (one) day (24 hours).
2 hours outrun is allowed. All rental extensions over 2 hours are charged as additional day.

Included in price
Daily rent, unlimited mileage.

Not included in price
Consumed fuel and tanking.
Tax (VAT) - 23%.
Car delivery and pick up in location other then our office(s).

Payment
Paying in cash with deposit.
Credit cards (Amex, Visa, Diners, ECMC).
Bank wire.

Additional equipment (on request)
Baby seat, Snow chains, ski carriers etc..

Insurance
All the cars to which ABC rent a car have exclusive rights, are provided with third party liability coverage.
Franchise deduction depends on the type of car and is decided by ABC rent a car and entered overleaf.
In case of any damage for which the user is responsible or in the case of damage caused by the user's ignorance of terms of the agreement, the user is to settle the damage up to the full value of the car - except if the responsibility is waived by paying an additional daily charge defined in the valid tariff.
The insurance does no cover:
- damage to the tires
- damage to the underside, gear box, the inside of the car and the windshield due to driver's carelessness
- damage to engine due to lack of oil or filling the car with wrong fuel
- damage caused by a driver being influenced by alcohol or drugs
- damage caused by an unauthorized driver
- any damage not reported to the nearest police station

The client is held responsible for all of the damage listed. ABC rent a car will not accept any responsibility for the resulting damage or loss while the vehicle was rented to the client who did not comply with the requirements set forth. The client is obligated to pay all of the damage which resulted while ABC rent a car was not able to use the specified vehicle.

Important: In respect to the aforementioned, the client is responsible to leave an appropriate deposit in the form of a credit card slip which is to be authorized for the amount of the franchise.
